Here’s what this means for you:

You are now a supporter, you will be able to follow your patients health journey.

Updates on the Newsfeed, where you can like and comment on post.

You can volunteer for an Errand or Favor that the patient has posted.

You can directly message the patient, and contribute to any fundraising they has set up for them!

Think of this as their own PRIVATE, invite only Facebook page with no spam!

Your home screen will automatically be set up with the basic permissions, which are Newsfeed, Errands & Favors, Messages, Fundraising.

The Patient will grant their supporters more permissions for main caregivers, spouses, key medical persons if they see fit, to access records.

Coordinate with ease: Respond to requests for help with errands, meals, or other needs, ensuring they get the support they need when they need it. You can also manage fundraising efforts through the app.

A private space: The patient remains in complete control, and only those they grant permission to can access their information.

You can be a Supporter or Caregiver for as many patients as you are invited. A drop down switch screen will allow you easily change between patients names and profiles.

Spouses and Caregivers this section is for you....
"As a spousal caregiver, I manage all aspects of my partner's medical care, including scheduling appointments, communicating with doctors, and tracking important information. To effectively fulfill this role, I need maximum access to their features and health records."
Process to Grant Permissions as a Spouse Caregiver:
To get full access, the patient must grant you all permissions. They can do this through their "My Support Circle" module. After selecting your name, they can simply toggle on the permissions for each feature. You'll then receive notifications when they add things, and they'll get notifications when you add things for them."
To grant yourself permissions, (as the parent/legal guardian if the patient is a minor) you must go into the "My Support Circle" module on the patient's home screen. From there, simply select your name and give access. Then from your own support account you can manage everything for them, just select their name from the dropdown box of your homescreen!
