Susanna Riley
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Susanne's firsthand challenges with medical disorganization and missed information inspired her to found TeamMed. Her 15 year healthcare background as a Surgical Assistant, and many years in Sales & Management also helped in forming an essential tool for patients and caregivers to stay on top of their healthcare needs. TeamMed was thoughtfully created by an overwhelmed caregiver, mom, healthcare professional, and loving wife to a deceased cancer patient, Jonathan Riley.
Lauren Steakley
Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Lauren brings extensive experience managing the care to those with chronic health conditions, particularly in home and private duty healthcare settings. Her deep expertise has been pivotal in developing solutions that empower patients and their caregivers to manage long-term care more effectively.
Bud Sorey
Chief Technology Officer
Bud Sorey is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for TeamMed, overseeing the development and implementation of the innovative Medical Planner App. With a strong background in computer technology and upper-level management, Bud brings a wealth of experience to ensure the app's functionality and user-friendly interface meet the highest standards. His leadership and expertise are instrumental in driving TeamMed's technological advancements and continued success in the medical planning sector.

Dr. Jeff Brown
Medical Consultant Advisor; Anesthesiologist
Dr. Jeff Brown has parlayed his clinical skills as an Anesthesiologist and previous business experience as a medical consultant and Series 7 licensed broker into a valuable combination. Becoming first involved in Venture Capital nearly 10 years ago, Dr. Brown realized his unique background and skill set equipped him very well to advise medical start-ups. Dr. Brown Co founded MergeMedical, a nonprofit dedicated to the financial empowerment of health care providers. Merge Medical hosts an online community and a podcast showcasing healthcare startups. Through this community Dr Brown has greatly increased his network, improving the value he brings to all the companies he serves. In addition to being a full-time Anesthesiologist and part-time podcast host, Dr. Brown serves as an advisor to the board for Tecton, Intuscope, ID Relate, Nimbus-T Global, Team Med planner, and Sequence.
Dr. Jeff Brown
Online Risk Mitigation Advisor
Robby Yates, a US Coast Guard veteran, serving from 2004-2010, trained cadets on The Eagle, “America’s Tall Ship” and later served as a corpsman in a clinic where he developed a passion for medicine. Robby went on to earn his BS in Nuclear Medicine from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and pursued a career in nuclear medicine technology.
A change in life brought a change in careers as Robby and his family relocated to Memphis, where he explored opportunities within the logistics and insurance fields. Robby’s passions and pursuits have led him to a great many experiences. Robby is now the Co-Founder of Follow App, an app designed to connect business professionals by helping them to network more efficiently and safely.
Robby also serves on the board of the Saving Lost Kids Restoration Project, supporting the non-profit’s efforts to build the largest, long-term care and restoration facility in the U.S. for children who have been recovered from child sex-trafficking.
